1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused & sealed, in original condition, and with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted whether used/unused for:
- Hygiene-related items (e.g. makeup/cosmetics, grooming tools etc.)
- Personalized/custom items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a return, cover the shipping cost, and offer free replacement.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Note: Refund will be processed only incase the replacement is unavailable.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
7. How to Start a Return
