2. Shipping Charges

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

  • We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, so please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Souqholic.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once the delivery carrier has confirmed successful delivery. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
